10 Points: My Jeep is broken! Description to follow. What could be wrong?

I was coming home from about a 25 minute trip, and I stopped at a stop light. My car starting shaking and making a very bad noise. I panicked and drove into the nearest parking lot. As I drove, it was still shaking. When I stopped and put it in park, it was shaking even harder. I turned it off and turned it back on again. I let it sit there overnight (my dad owns the building of the parking lot and it has cameras) and the next morning I went back. The check engine light had come on, and when I turned the car on it was still shaking and then it turned itself off.

I really love my jeep, she’s a 2002 liberty with about 140,000 miles on her. She’s going to the shop tomorrow, but I want to know what’s wrong and about how much it will cost to fix her.

04 Jeep Liberty Misfire/Engine Problems?

I own a 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L V6 (Gas).

I have a misfire on cylider 5. I have replaced the spark plugs, switch the coil pack from cylinder 3 to cylinder 5 (still misses on 5). I have used fuel injector cleaner?

I just bought some used fuel injectors at a really great price and I am thinking of attempting to switch these out. Someone told me I have a bad fuel injector, others tell me that there is no way at only 4 years old. Any suggestions as to why it is missing? Is this ruining my engine?

It idles rough.. (bounces you while idling forward)
Between 50mph and 55mph you can feel it phisicaly skipping.
